We want you to be completely satisfied with your hobby experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened Gundam kits, tools, and paints. To ensure a smooth process, items must be in their original, factory-sealed condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original shrink-wrap or with factory seals intact, and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item's condition to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage to the model kit box during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
