How long does shipping take for my Gundam kits?
We process most orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Are the model kits you sell authentic?
Yes, we only sell 100% authentic Bandai Spirits products and officially licensed tools and paints. Every kit comes in its original Japanese packaging with all standard accessories.
What is your return policy for opened model kits?
We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed kits within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the hobby, we cannot accept returns once the plastic runners have been removed from their bags or any parts have been cut.
Do you ship paints and hazardous materials internationally?
Due to shipping regulations, certain solvent-based paints and pressurized aerosols can only be shipped via ground transport within the contiguous United States and cannot be shipped internationally.
What should I do if my kit is missing a part or has a defect?
If you discover a manufacturing defect or a missing runner, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the instruction manual and the batch number on the box so we can assist with a replacement.
Do I need glue or paint to complete these models?
Most modern Gunpla kits are 'snap-fit' and molded in color, meaning they do not require glue. While painting is optional for customization, we offer a wide range of markers and paints if you wish to enhance the detail of your build.
